Start your week with some stretches that help support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
You don’t need to have any experience to join the session, beginners are welcome!
You’ll need to wear loose fitting clothes and a mat (if you have one).
Digital Creativity Lab
Are you ready to explore creativity in a different, innovative way?
Join Sara in our new Digital Creativity Lab to create fun videos, 3D models, a digital book or your own font.
Each week we will demonstrate a new tool or software together with a creative project for you to try.
Every Wednesday afternoon we’ll be running a dance taster workshop. From Salsa to Breakdancing our amazing Dance Teacher Ella, will get you learning some new moves ready to hit the dance floor (even if, for now that’s just your bedroom).
You’ll need to wear something comfortable, stretchy clothing would be great, but if you don’t have any then don’t let that put you off. You’ll also need to have a space the size of a yoga mat (so you won’t need lots of room).
At home workout
Give your body an afternoon boost with this at home workout. It’s all about helping you stay active by building up your strength (and muscles). If you’ve never tried it before, then don’t worry this session is suitable for beginners, so join in.
You’ll need to wear loose fitting clothing and make sure you have enough space to safely move around without hitting yourself, others or any pets that may be around!
Every Friday afternoon join the incredibly talented Pastry Chef to the stars Miriam, who’ll be talking us through how to make a range of baked goods. From the perfect sponge cake to bread, join us every Friday to get baking.
You can get all the ingredients before each session, just click the link: Baking ingredients
Every week our Artist in Residence Karla will take you on a creative journey, helping you to channel your inner Artist. You don’t have to be ‘good’ at art, just willing to learn and create.
Bring any art materials you like, Karla likes all things nature when it comes to art, so don’t be scared to bring things you’ve found outside (we’re thinking leaves, twigs & flowers, but maybe leave the trees outside) as sometimes she uses just pencils.
